Hi, I’m Vickie Saito, and I guide people toward radiant health, inner balance, and a renewed connection with their bodies. With over 35 years of experience as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, dancer, and retreat leader, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people move better, feel better, and live optimally.
My Story
Movement has been my medicine for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge, I fell in love with nature and water sports as well as being a dancer and gymnast. After an enriching career as a professional dancer in Europe, I returned to Portland, Oregon and began teaching holistic health. I knew I wanted to help others discover the transformative and healing power of movement.
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a unique approach that blends the art and science of wellness. Whatever the modality, I tailor every experience to meet your needs.
